Prove me wrong, Liberals!?

When Bush was president he grew the government and the economy was in the toilet, who can you name that was poor, but because of George Bush's policies became rich? As for the dems, if welfare is used as it is intended then people would be more likely for move up, unfortunately, a lot of people have become dependent on welfare and have stayed poor, but this is a case of correlation without causation.
