i dont have enough money for a gym pass, and i live in a small town, i am 17 in grade 10 (please dont ask :) and i want to get stronger, i learn by fallowing orders, so if any one has any ideas please do tell. i also have 2 20pound wieghts and a 60 pound vest soo please help. I am looking to get faster reaction time, and speed, lower and upper body strength, and i am a bit flexible ( the most out of the guys in our class) but want to get more.
