Republicans: Do you think this is a violation of free speech?

I'm a liberal, and that really bothers me. Although it is within their rights, legally, it should not be done. To outlaw such things completely would be too authoritarian, but it is disturbing and immoral. If I were Obama, I would say I supported his right to call me whatever he wants (except 0-bummer, which is just painfully immature and dumb), although actually asking for his reinstatement would be politically a bad move.
