What makes black people so different?

(Yes this is a real question treat it like any other) Every time i get on Black Ops and im in a lobby a bunch of black people are yelling in the lobby and if I kill one of them they call me names just for killing them... It's not just in games its every encounter I have with one. At school they are yelling at the teachers all the time like its a school for hard of hearing . Also the way they act like they are more superior then someone who is white. Or the fact that i will be called a cracker and that is not racist pointing out that i am white but if i say the " N word" it is and they take it like a threat to them and they make a big scene out of it getting a huge crowd of people involved.(sometimes they will cry over it) The abrasive, rude, cocky kids get away with acting like this at school all the time. The biggest part i can not stand is at school is they don't do anything about it.(teachers and such) My school has a policy of save learning environment but not fallowed as such.(Almost every school i have attended is the same way). When they do something bad at school punishment is less on them they seem to get into so much trouble they overlook all the small things they do like standing in class during a test but if i am to do that im a dead give away to get a F on my paper and sent to the office for cheating. WHAT DOSE THE SPECIAL TREATMENT COME FROM? AND WHY DOSE SUCH A BIG MAJORITY FEEL THE NEED TO ACT LIKE THIS. (Its Summer but i do not want to go back to this)
