Hi if Ron Paul was the President today,who would he affect to the American people?

Ron Paul has absolutely no chance of being elected president. The republican party kicked out the libertarians in the mid 1960's for good reason, the sheer survival of the republican party. And I suspect that after this upcoming election, it will happen again. I am not sure how much flexibility you have on your research but you might want to study what happened when they got kicked out the first time and analyze the similarities of today. z
