Being mentally harassed by a drunk landlord?

Same crap different day. I am not gonna go into huge details just know that he lies allot. He will say things that never happened. Like he asked when we were moving out 1 time a few months ago, now today after throwing a bottle at the side of the trailer I am renting he says he said something 4 different times. It has been raining and his basement flooded and he said its because we parked out cars in the parking lot. Anyways big issue is we are leaving and he wants rent 200 tomorrow and we are leaving in 12 days. I was under the impression when I payed the rent it was for the fallowing month he said it is for the month I lived there and that I owe him. He called me 11pm to say this and that "he'd think" about giving us another month when not even 2 hrs before hand he was out on the porch saying how he used to make 200 every other day in high construction this is nothing to him I could stay forever for free. blah blah blah. but he was wasted..What can I do?
