Do you think you truly have to be a member of organized religion to have a personal relationship with "God"?

To be a Christian is to be like Christ, you do not have to go to any church to be a Christian, but to be the example God wants you to be and to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ you must be a part of some assembly, he said "Lest not forget to assemble our selves together" He of course meant to assemble ourselves with other believers. If we do not as Jesus Christ said to do then we are not Christ like or Christian.
