My cat had two still born kittens, and its been 12hours i don't what i should do?

My two year old cat went into labor early this morning its her first litter and she was about a week early she climbed into bed with me and woke me up i took her into the spare bedroom that she likes to sleep in 20 minutes later she began panting and out came the first kitten it wasn't in a sac, it wasn't breathing and she wouldn't clean it. an hour later she had a second in a sac and cleaned it and licked it for about 20 minutes that one wasn't breathing either. after that if i tried to leave the room she would fallow me and has been since. its been 12 hours and she hasn't had anymore but she is meowing a lot i just removed the first two kittens who haven't moved since she had them now i am nervous i don't if shes going to have anymore. i called the vet and they said just to keep an eye on her. what should i do
