What does a toy factory's owner and other working teams do after establishing it?

guys actually i am interested in the industrial sector especially a factory which manufactures toys, so i want to know that after establishing it and doing registrations and etc, what are the things and terms that a toy factory fallows to run it further? please tell me if you have any information regarding it!!!!
