I cant live with my 23 year old brother anymore?

My brother got bi poler when he was 15 and my childhood was spent by him beating me and my family was a bloody mess, i'm 16 he's 23 now. He has no friends, No job, nothing. I think he's in uni. He spends his time harassing me and my sister. He calls us horrible things, makes fun of just about everything we do. Harrasses are friends. Makes fake profiles to harrass me, he fallows me and my sister around when we get home, saying really weird stuff. hes mental. last year i called the police on him, for assult. I can't live with him, i know ill move out first, its just how can i survive the rest of my time living with him?
