Feels like there's a grain of rice stuck in the back of my throat that I can't swallow, could it be serious?

Took a picture (don't click if you don't wanna see a diseased man's throat http://i56.tinypic.com/wl56ax.jpg). Dry coughs, slight nasal congestion, difficulty swallowing started 3 days ago. Currently taking Tylenol, penicillin and cough medicine for it. It's really only the bump in the back of my throat that has me worried; I've never had something like this before, wondering if it's serious enough to merit a doctor's visit?
