Could this guy be obsess With me.?

I know this guy threw work , I'm a 19 year old young woman. He 66 he always seem to appear every where I go when I'm working . He ask me out, blows kisses at me, flirts with me, fallows me and says hi to me like 40 times a day. It feel like he won't leave alone . Could he be obese with me?. I told him to please give me some space but he wont. I told some one else to about him he almost got fired but won them back over with how much he loves me. Advice appreciated . What do u think I should do now.
