I have panic attacks for 3 years , Now the problem that I had are not any more in my life , but panic attacks are fallowing me every day. I cannot breathe through my stomach I breathe through my chest and it makes me uncomfortable , I think this makes me dizzy and tingling around my forehead. I am not relaxed. I don`t know how can I change this. I wanna breathe normal and feel normal. Is that because of stress I had.
